The use of computer have change from time to time. It evolve its phase in many ways. Where we can't even catch with it. For some reason, hackers/crackers appear suddenly wherein our personal information are publicize. This information reports that computer crime is on the rise. That even the law can't keep up. And so, by implementing such laws, it will might decrease computer crimes and violence worldwide and punished users in accordance with the law they violate.

Computer Activies: GOOD or BAD?
I. Morally Good
- CREATION OF BUSINESS SOFTWARE
- This is definitely a morally good activity. Programmers do this to earn a living. It even improve the course of IT Industry in many ways. Good in the sense because it help business establishments to be more active and be more productive as well as well organized systems.
II. Morally Bad
- SOFTWARE PIRACY
- With its name, we can say that software piracy is morally bad. Since it is a form of stealing. According to the E-Commerce Law of the Philippines, piracy is some form of “unauthorized reproduction, copying, dissemination, distribution, importation, removal, alteration, substitution, modification, storage , uploading, downloading, communication, making available for public, or broadcasting of protected material, electronic signature or copyrighted works. If a person is pirating a software, he is actually taking off the right to the owner of the credit that the owner deserves.
III. Morally Good or Bad
- SPAMMING
- Spamming is the act of sending unsolicited electronic messages in bulk. It is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Good in the sense that some are informative and useful that depends on your interests. Bad in the sense that spam mails usually goes in volume and it really tedious to read these mails. Most of spam mails contain useless text that make it very irritating...source

Kant's Categorical Imperative
Kant's theory of ethics is deontological meaning that it is concerned with the morality of duty. it focuses on the actions and disregards the consequences of an action. it is absolute since the molarity of an action takes no regard of the situation it is in.
- Moral Duty
- According to Kant, we all experience an innate moral duty. the existence of the conscience and feelings of guilt and shame tell us when we violate this moral duty. And we are constantly in a battle with our inclination--our raw wants and desires. We should not act out of love or compassion.
- Moral Statements
- Kant contended that moral statements were priori synthetic. Meaning we cannot prove that someone should do just by seeing so moral statements are priori. however, moral statements may or may not be true, thus they are synthetic.
- Good Will and Duty
- to have good will is to perform one's duty. to do one's duty is to perform action which are morally required and to avoid those actions which are morally forbidden. For Kant, we should perform our duty because it is our duty and for no other reason.
The categorical imperative prohibits acts which could commonly be thought immoral such as theft, murder and sexual abuse. It gives humans intrinsic worth meaning that they can no longer be used as means to an end. This promotes EQUALITY....
